FBR Digital Invoicing Software Price in Pakistan (2026) — Transparent Plans

FBR digital invoicing software price in Pakistan, published in full: InvoiceFlow plans from PKR 1,500/month. IRN + QR, PRAL submission, 7-day free trial.

How much does FBR digital invoicing software cost in Pakistan?

FBR digital invoicing software in Pakistan starts at PKR 1,500 per month (PKR 15,000/year) with InvoiceFlow. That plan covers up to 50 invoices a month with real-time FBR submission, IRN and QR on every invoice, and a free sandbox. Plans scale to PKR 2,000 and PKR 3,000/month for higher volume. All include a 7-day free trial, no credit card.

Pricing for FBR e-invoicing software in Pakistan typically falls between PKR 1,500 and PKR 3,000 per month, depending on how many invoices you issue and which features you need. One frustration buyers hit: many vendors do not publish prices at all, hiding cost behind a "contact us" or "request a demo" form. We think you should be able to compare before you talk to anyone, so ours are published in full below.

What's included in every plan

Every InvoiceFlow plan, even Starter, ships with the core compliance features you actually need to meet FBR's e-invoicing requirement:

  • FBR PRAL submission — invoices are sent in real time through FBR's official PRAL gateway API.
  • IRN + QR code on every invoice, generated automatically.
  • Unlimited customers on all plans.
  • Sandbox environment so you can test before going live.
  • 7-day free trial with no credit card required.

Payment methods

You can pay for any InvoiceFlow plan by:

  • Bank transfer
  • EasyPaisa
  • JazzCash

Billing is monthly or yearly — choosing yearly on Starter or Business saves versus paying month to month.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every plan comes with a 7-day free trial and no credit card is required to start. You can connect to the FBR sandbox, issue test invoices, and see how IRN and QR generation works before paying anything. If it is not the right fit, you simply do not continue — no automatic charge waits at the end of the trial.

How to choose a plan

The fastest way to pick is to count your monthly invoice volume and the features you rely on:

  • Issuing roughly 50 invoices a month or fewer? Start with Starter (PKR 1,500/month). It is built for small importers and single-entity traders who need clean FBR submission, IRN and QR, and a sales report.
  • Up to 200 invoices, and you need credit/debit notes, full tax reports or multiple team members? Choose Business (PKR 2,000/month) — the typical fit for manufacturers, wholesalers and distributors.
  • High volume, multiple entities, or you want priority phone support? Go with Enterprise (PKR 3,000/month) for unlimited invoices, unlimited customers and products, and user management.

You are not locked in — start on the trial, see your real volume, and move up when your invoicing grows.

Why does the FBR deadline matter for cost?

FBR e-invoicing is mandatory for sales-tax-registered businesses under Rule 150Q and SRO 1852(I)/2025, phased in by 31 December 2025. The cost of not integrating is far higher than any software plan: under the Sales Tax Act 1990 (strengthened by the Finance Act 2024), FBR can impose PKR 500,000 for a first default for failing to integrate, escalating up to PKR 3,000,000 for repeated defaults. Against that, a transparent monthly plan starting at PKR 1,500 is a small, predictable line item.

Frequently asked questions

How much does FBR e-invoicing software cost in Pakistan?

With InvoiceFlow it starts at PKR 1,500/month (PKR 15,000/year) for the Starter plan and goes up to PKR 3,000/month for Enterprise with unlimited invoices. All prices are published in full above.

Why do other vendors not show their prices?

Many FBR invoicing vendors put pricing behind a "contact us" or "request a demo" form, so you cannot compare before talking to sales. We publish ours openly so you can decide on your own terms.

Are there setup or per-invoice fees?

No. The plan price is the price. There are no hidden setup charges, and you are not billed extra per invoice within your plan's monthly allowance.

Is InvoiceFlow FBR-certified?

InvoiceFlow submits invoices through FBR's official PRAL gateway API. It is not described as an FBR-licensed or certified integrator — it is the software you use to send compliant invoices to FBR.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Start small and upgrade as your invoice volume grows; the trial lets you size your real usage first.
